Step 2: Precision Finishing & Deburring
After milling the shape around, with precision finishing to achieve tight tolerances and surface roughness. Removing the burrs to ensure a smooth surface finish and good appearance.
Step 3: Quality Inspection
Our in‑house CMM coordinate measuring machines ensure every dimension meets your exact specifications. By capturing micron‑level data points across complex surfaces, we verify tolerances down to ±0.005 mm.
