What is the minimum order quantity for injection molding?
We support both low-volume and high-volume production runs. As injection molding is request of mold, and the cost is high, we recommend an MOQ of 1000-3000 units. If it isn’t the best fit, we have an alternative for CNC machining manufacturing or vacuum casting small batch, with no MOQ limit.
How long does the injection molding process take?
Lead times depend on part complexity and volume. Tooling is typically completed in 4 to 6 weeks, after samples are confirmed, the batch production parts usually take 7-10 days.
What materials do you have?
We can mold with a wide range of engineering and commodity plastics, including ABS, PC, PP, PA (nylon), POM, TPU, and glass-filled grades. Options for a specific type of material if you request.
How much does injection molding cost? And unit cost for part?
Costs are mainly determined by tooling, part size and complexity, material, and order volume. Tooling is a one-time investment, your per-part price drops significantly as volumes increase. Share your part details, and we’ll provide a transparent, itemized quote.
How do you ensure part quality and consistency?
Every project goes through strict process control and inspection, from mold trials (T1 samples) to in-process and final quality checks. We provide dimensional reports on request and maintain consistency across high-volume runs.
Do I need my own mold, or do you build it?
We design and manufacture custom tooling as per your drawings or 3D files. We’ll handle everything from mold making to final production.
