Mini PC Enclosure
The precision sheet metal enclosure is laser-cut and bent from 5052 aluminum. We manufactured it for one of our customers in the USA. These ventilation slots are clean and without burrs, with a deep-blue painted surface finishing. Tight panel gaps and consistent edges across the batch, built for a flush, rattle-free assembly.

ABS front housing is CNC precision-machined with smooth contours and tight tolerances for an exact snap-fit. Finished with silver electroplating for a durable metallic surface and a clean, premium feel.

What is the lead time for delivering consumer electronics prototyping?
Depending on the quantities and process, for 3D printing parts, prototypes can be shipped in as fast as 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Sheet metal takes a longer time, around 5–8 business days, while CNC machining may take 5–10 business days. And if parts with surface finishing, it may take more 2–3 days. Contact us, and we’ll confirm an exact lead time with your quote.
What tolerances can you hold on CNC machining consumer electronic parts?
Our standard CNC machining tolerance follows ISO 2768-m (medium) unless otherwise specified. For critical features and dimensions in the documents, we’ll machine and inspect to them. Grinding can achieve a tolerance of up to ±0.005 mm.
Do you offer low-volume production? And if have MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
We don’t have a MOQ limit, start at a single piece prototype, and scale to low-volume production. From one piece to process by CNC machining, expand the bigger quantity by vacuum casting, or rapid-tooled injection molding.
Which materials can you manufacturing part for custom electronics housings?
Metal housing prototypes such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, and copper. And plastic parts, including ABS, PC, PC+ABS, POM, PMMA, and PA. More materials support to customized as per your points.
How do you protect my design and intellectual property?
We sign an NDA before any files change hands, and your designs are never disclosed or reused. Confidentiality applies across quoting, production, and shipping.
What CAD file formats do you accept to manufacture consumer electronic prototype parts?
In common, we work with the files in STEP, IGES, and STL formats, and most native CAD formats. Plus 2D drawings in PDF/DWG format. If you don’t have any CAD files, you can also send one sample to us, and our engineering team will review and draw it accordingly.
